Hello Jonas
Yes thank you, we had a wonderful trip. Doris has been most helpful. Due to reasons that were not quite clear we never got to stay in the ”coastguard house” but we tried instead the ”new” apartment south of ”Felicita” and is was nice and light (great with the air conditioning in the two bedrooms). The swimming pool was wonderful. The beautiful beach and the reef was a wonderful and transcendent experience. (And it was good that the children could go playing with Kevin, who was the son of the other Danish family that stayed there at the same time as us). Doris was very active and was so nice to take us on trips both up north and to Port Louis and she arranged a wonderful dinner at René's birthday (the food pictures on the website is what we were served on February 18). (By the way, thank you for passing on the greeting from René's parents to Doris. They were very happy that Doris could arrange a special birthday greeting from them to René). We arranged three excellent trips through Doris. It was nice and simple to let her arrange it, especially because we had so little time and because we were not that mobile (with three childre). If you are very price-conscious it is cheaper to arrange it yourself. We can certainly recommend both the place and Doris and we could consider returning (the children also find that to be a good idea).

One last thing...
You arrive on a Sunday and all the shops will be closed. I have therefore asked Doris to buy some fruit, beer, bread and brie cheese so that you have something to eat … She will pay for the food and will properly leave the receipt so that you can pay her. Its not expensive :-)

Hello Jonas,
We have now returned to Denmark after a wonderful holiday in Mauritius.
The apartment is very well situated and it was a pleasure to sit on the veranda and look out over the sea.
The apartment is a little ”rustic” and could maybe need some renovation but you don't spend much time indoor during the day.
We went fishing quite a lot and caught some tuna fish and other exotic fish.
We can strongly recommend a holiday in Mauritius and in the apartment that you offer.
