The Surrounding Area
The apartments lie in the area Trou aux Biches on the island's north-west coast. Trou aux Biches is a small village with exclusive resorts and private homes. There is a small supermarket located 150 m from the apartments, a small pharmacy, souvenir shop and a couple of restaurants close by. You also have the possibility of dining in some of the resorts' restaurants.7 km north-east of Trou aux Biches you will find Grand Baie which is a touristic city with expensive restaurants, cafes, nice shops and a large supermarket.
15 km south of Trou aux Biches lies the capital Port Louis which is a really interesting city worth visiting. Namely the market and the mosque are interesting places to visit.
Very exclusive and expensive resorts are located along the coast.
The habour in Grand Baie wherefrom many of the deep sea fishing tours start.
The more modern ”Waterfront” in the capital Port Louis.
